Frequently asked
Are vehicle and fuel included in the price?
Package prices cover the production crew and post only. Cars can be added from our fleet by the day, or we can shoot your own — confirmed by email.
What happens if it rains?
We check the forecast 24h before. If our producer calls it off, you get one free reschedule. If you choose to proceed, we shoot as planned.
Can I choose the locations?
Yes. Share locations or references and we'll build the best combo around light, traffic and permits — usually 3–5 spots per day.
Who owns the final footage? Commercial use?
Personal packages (Travel / Short / Content) grant personal social-media usage. Brand and commercial use requires the Full Crew tier or a separate commercial license.
How early should I book?
At least 2 weeks; weekends and koyo / sakura season 4–6 weeks ahead. Last-minute slots — just ask, we sometimes have openings.
Payment and deposit policy?
30% deposit to lock the date, balance on the shoot day. Credit card, PayPal and Japan bank transfer accepted.
